Growing up immersed in the real estate industry, Daly’s journey began with deep family roots—his grandparents originally owned the business, and today, his parents proudly continue the legacy. This lifelong exposure has given Daly an intuitive understanding of property transactions, from buying and selling to renovation and home improvement.
Having personally navigated these processes across eight different homes; Daly brings a uniquely hands-on perspective to the market. At just 19, he took the leap into homeownership, purchasing and renovating his first property—an experience that solidified his passion and practical knowledge of real estate.
Now, as Business Development Manager and Sales Specialist at First National Bairstow Kerr, Daly combines personal experience with modern, innovative strategies to help clients achieve their property goals. His approach is grounded in service, strategy, and a genuine desire to see people succeed in their property journey.
Before officially stepping into real estate, Daly built a strong foundation of discipline and people skills through a range of roles. From age 12 to 15, he assisted with tennis coaching at Albany Tennis Academy, his family’s former business, developing early leadership, communication, and client service skills. He then worked at Woolworths throughout high school, and at 18, joined the Community Living Association, where he worked both day and night shifts—learning to adapt, problem-solve, and connect with people from all walks of life.
With a fresh, forward-thinking mindset and a lifelong foundation in property, Daly is committed to providing tailored, results-driven solutions. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, Daly is here to guide you with knowledge, energy, and a genuine commitment to your success.
